I belong to a group of individuals that share a common interest in training and development most particularly facilitating adventure-based, outdoor team building services to organizations in Cebu. As much as we can we try to extend our team building services and other training expertise to areas outside Cebu. My team had previously facilitated adventure-based, outdoor team building services and other trainings to organizations in Bohol, Leyte and Negros.
Aside from adventure-based, outdoor team building services, my team also facilitates trainings in self-awareness, effective communication, sensitivity and trust, conflict resolution and management, leadership, values formation and enhancement, coaching, and relationship enhancement.
As a team of facilitators, we are bonded by a common goal to promote the value of adventure-based, outdoor team building in organizations as we strive to become Cebu’s top adventure-based, outdoor team building services and organizational development training facilitators. We also partner with other organizations and integrate their hard skills with our facilitating skills to create best value programs mostly in the realm of adventure team building or outdoor team building. In the past, we have worked with the likes of Leo Oracion, the first Filipino to summit Mt. Everest. My team is mentored by internationally-trained adventure-based and outdoor program facilitators who had been exposed to experiential education in the Philippines, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Hong Kong and the United States.
